1. Kedarnath Temple
This is a sacred place among Hindus and for devotees here are many temples that were built in ancient times. Most famous temples in Kedarnath are Bhairva Nath temple and Kedarnath temple. Kedarnath temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is believed that one who visits the Kedarnath temple gets salvation (Moksha). To reach the temple you need to trek from Gaurikund. 4. Sunset point in Kedarnath

7. Triyuginarayan Temple
The Triyuginarayan Temple is a must-visit for devotees of Lord Shiva because it is believed that here at the temple was the wedding place of Shiva and Parvati. Another main reason to reach the temple is to see the fire that burns constantly in front of the temple.
At the temple, you can see the idols of many Gods and Goddesses and near the temple, there is a small pond that is filled with fresh water. If you are visiting the temple then do not forget to collect the ash of constantly burning fire because it is considered as holy ash also takes a dip in holy freshwater near the temple.

8. Explore Gauri Kund
Gauri Kund is situated on the bank of Mandakini river and is a sacred place. The place is also a starting point of Kedarnath Yatra. Gauri Kund was named after Goddess Parvati and it is believed that here Goddess Parvati did penance to win over Lord Shiv and at this place, Lord Shiva agreed to marry Goddess Parvati. There are many stories of Lord Shiva and Goddess that happened here.
Near the Gauri Kund, you can also visit Gauri Kund temple to see the idols of Goddess Parvati and at Gauri Kund people take a ritual bath to rinse off their sins.
